Frequently Asked Questions When should I book my hall? As far in advance as possible. We can sometimes accomodate last-minute bookings, but this is the exception, not the rule. Do your Banquet Halls come with a kitchen? All three halls include the use of a prep kitchen. Our kitchens currently don't include a stove, but we do have large outdoor grills and space to use them for rental, if desired. The kitchen in the Stefan Ballroom includes sinks. The Grand and Danielle ballrooms also include a separate changing room as well as private restrooms. How can I book one of your halls and how far in advance do I need to do it? We require a 50% down payment to book a hall, with the remaining balance due 10 days before your event. We recommend that you book as far in advance as possible, especially if your event is on a Saturday. We want to hold our daughter's quinceañera at your hall, but we expect it to end very late into the night. How late can we stay? We close our halls at 2am. However, per North Carolina state law, we cannot allow alcohol to be served after 1am. Can we serve alcohol in your halls? Yes, but alcohol adds a few additional charges to your event.
