I like the chair covers in the Platinum package, but I don't want a dance floor. Can we add to or adjust the packages?

Do your Banquet Halls come with a kitchen?

All three halls include the use of a prep kitchen. Our kitchens currently don't include a stove, but we do have large outdoor grills and space to use them for rental, if desired. The kitchen in the Stefan Ballroom includes sinks. The Grand and Danielle ballrooms also include a separate changing room as well as private restrooms.

How can I book one of your halls and how far in advance do I need to do it?

We require 50% down to book a hall, with the remaining balance due 10 days before your event. We recommend that you book sooner rather than later, especially if your event is on a Saturday, since we only host one party per hall per day. Even after you reserve, you can always change your mind about the number of guests you will have, layout, etc--anything about your event except the date.

We want to hold our daughter's party at your hall, but we expect it to end very late into the night. How late can we stay?

We close our halls at 2am.

My parents are chefs and want to cook the food for our wedding. Can we bring in outside food?

We allow outside food for no additional charge. We even have chafing dishes and other supplies available to rent.

We want to rent your hall for a corporate event taking place during the week. How much would that be?
